If anyone is messing around on the EU beta this weekend I'm making a character on Velika.

Got a 30ish Archer and 30ish Slayer on Velika, doubt I'll log in during CB5 and open beta, don't really see any point to with retail so close.

atm my only plan was to join a rl friend on w/e server he chooses, but he wants to join some hardcore german guild with FFXI style applications and I dont speak it, so meh.

Remember that you can use spaces in guild names; no restrictions on that like there was in XI.

Would it be PvP or PvE? I plan on making chars on both types of servers. But I'll be interested in an EU guild.

i prefer pve but with my new pc pvp might finally be worth a try, i'm not fussed i just want some peeps to hang with as i stroll around TERA

I just ordered the Collectors Edition but I'm still not sure whether I want to play on NA or EU servers because of Frogster and because of the bullshit prices that EU's have to deal with.
Is it confirmed that Gameforge really owns Frogster, because I've seen the way they're handling F2P Aion and I don't really want to give money to them.

GF bought Frogster a while go, you can see information in Frogster's site

Not exactly sure how that affects them, but whatever.

I'm not willing to give in my low latency unless I have a good reason for it, so for now I'm sticking to Frog. If down the line something changes then I'll worry about it when it happens.

Keep in mind going to need to decide fairly quick as I doubt either company will refund you once headstart begins.

Same for me and 10 other friends. We got to level 30ish and decided what classes we are going to play, no reason to really play during the open beta and get burnt out.
