When you translate 켈사이크 you get Kelsyke, although Google translate says it's Kelsayikeu. It doesn't really matter, he is really hard in senior (hard mode).

It even looked like two members ran pretty far away (off camera at least) and they still died... Are you just screwed if you can't stun him every time he tries that move? Or is there something else you need to do to prevent a wipe like that?

You're screwed if you don't stun that move, it's a guarantee one shot to everyone in range. The range is enormous (at least 25m) and it's going to at least kill the person with hate. You need an item to stun it as well, skill based stuns won't work. Everyone needs to have at least two of the items on them for the fight, and a stun rotation needs to be setup. If you screw up the stun rotation, you're pretty much done. At the time we did this, we had no idea what to do. We did it after a BT run mainly for shits and giggles, hints the wipe.

Thanks for the info! I had no idea there were stun items that were required. Are the items tough to get or expensive? That would be interesting if not only the boss is hard but the items required to beat him are hard to obain as well...

Gotta raid the dungeon before that one for the bomb. Some people who raid BT know they won't be doing KN, so they just sell em. They are kinda expensive, yeah, but nothing you can't do without 'em.

It is one of those things that is hard to decipher while only being able to read a miniscule amount of hangul. But once we got told it made a lot of sense.

The other dungeons aren't much of an issue to figure out even with a language barrier.

No, you misunderstood.. Unlike XI the only advantage he's (and other people playing KR) getting out of all of this is knowledge. No capped character, no items, and no monopoly on the market. He thinks that's enough for him to "carry NA" w/e the fuck that means.
My argument was he might think that because getting to fully learn a game in a foreign language is difficult and takes time (in his case several months), but when it comes out in English it won't take as long for people to catch up.
His response was to bash me, throw his gear stats my way (you surpassed me when I stopped playing as much, grats), and then bashing other English players and guilds. So now not only does he look arrogant, but childish and a douche.
