The dark blue hair would probably go better with the eyes of the first, if you thicken her lips up a bit it should make the gape less obvious.

I think this is about the only thing I would suggest as well. Try to balance the distance between her chin and nose by moving them up a tiny bit more. Do you have the chin as short as it will go? It might make the face a little more rounder than you're going for, but that might be an option to play with.

Otherwise she looks fine. The lips are passable where they are honestly. Only reason I noticed was because I was over analyzing it. My eyes weren't immediately drawn to it as a glaring issue.
