KR priests dunno how to gear, and they gear their priests for DD lol
you get a free staff from one of the 58 dungeons that gives better healing potency than that, but if your goal is to do garbage DD as a priest then yea that's a nice staff

Unless you have triple healing on a lux weapon(gl with that), it'll never be as good as your free campaign weapon.
