Yeah, I feel pretty stupid for having spent so much for a digital costume, but I still feel like it was worth getting T.T My husband had no idea what to get me for my birthday, and since I'd been playing TERA again recently he kept asking me "so, you like that costume, right?" I figure that $100 was better spent on a game that will continue to amuse me for months rather than an expensive dinner out, which was his other birthday suggestion. The bonus is, after selling off some of the scrolls and stuff I got out of the boxes, I'm going to be able to buy him the machine mount for his character as well, about 15k gold on the broker currently.

After the server merges on K TERA we somehow ended up on different servers, so we moved all the characters on my account to where his account characters ended up, server name Elin something... Apparently people who moved their characters between those worlds between certain dates will be getting 15 days of free VIP account status, yay for free broker postings and 5 pages of stuff for sale ^^

K TERA seems to have a good number of players, I happened to be doing an escort quest at the same time as 2 other people last night and thought it was pretty funny to have 3 of the same NPC running around ^^;

Well it's nice to know that the population is at least doing well in Korea since the f2p announcement (granted, I think it was doing decently well there anyway, at least in comparison to NA/EU). And I wasn't intending to point fingers or anything with that last comment; it's just a general term that I'm used to hearing in reference to players with big wallets for the cash shop.

As for playing/getting it on KTera, I probably wouldn't be able to put up with the ping. Internet was really shitty for me today, and I played around with a 400-500ms ping for only a half-hour and hated it; couldn't imagine putting up with it on a regular basis.

I have an NA account as well, but the lag is terribad due to my needing to use a VPN >.> My main is level 60 there, but I can't get any parties for dungeons because my gear is only tier 12/13 and only +6 so far. I keep missing Nexus events as well since they are at bad times for me to be able to log in. Oh yeah, and I hate that random people can and do still go hulk smash on me when all I'm doing is farming mobs >.> My fault for joining a PvP server, but the maturity level of the average NA player seems WAY lower than the Koreans I've encountered...

I wanted to record a better video of it for ya'll, but the special emotes aren't showing up on my character yet T.T I tried taking the costume off and putting it back on, but nothing... I'll have to ask my husband about it in the morning, there's something mentioned about T-cat on the Hangame site, maybe I have to buy the emotes?

edit: SOB... 2,000 T-cat for each emote, or 5k gold on the broker. Bought both, now trying to get a video capture program to work >.> Fraps doesn't seem to recognize K TERA

Got it with Bandicam. Tempted to buy the program, light on system resources and seems pretty decent quality.

Thanks so much for posting the video here and on the official forums MaachaQ. Knoxxer posted on a couple of my threads that the winter stuff is coming (I think the yellow winter coats). It should be up this week hopefully. I'm still not sure about the Christmas outfits. The maid outfits will be coming but at a later date... I'm thinking 2-3 months down the line. Maybe they can put up a Spring cleaning "theme" to them.

I don't think they'll take that long; Knoxxer said that with our build/update that we're getting today, we're currently only about two weeks behind KTera. And when he said "winter stuff," I would assume that meant the Christmas outfits too since that does fit the theme of Winter. In any case, I guess we'll see tomorrow morning.

Archer's and Sorcs aren't a problem to me at all. Charging all day for the kill shot and blowing people up in BGs never really mattered to me, since that shit ain't PvP.

It was more so a Neralas/Yoo/Daisy/insert scrub name here poke. Have you ever seen these PvE heroes PvP? I don't even play this shit anymore but I still slam every team out there my Gold/Father or Father/Gpri team.

Anyone. lol

But yeah, my post was just saying how nice it is to get such great PvP gear from only PvP.
