Well i've never seen ODD proc on seigan counter... but I think i've only used seigan like 3 times since I've got ukon.

11 Roll resets Phantom Roll and makes subsequent rolls 30 second recast so long as the 11 roll remains up. Also, you don't get a Bust effect with an 11 up.

Translation: Once you get an 11 roll, it's really easy to maintain 11 rolls.

So I'm doing Ukko's trials right now and I'm debating whether to get Ukon or fake gaxe... If I did Ukon It'd be primarily through shouts as I don't have a fully functional LS that can help/is willing to help. I also don't have very long periods of time that I can play since med school is starting.

Same setup works just fine for Ogopogo, Barwater/Carol x2/Gear full resists Grand Fall/Tidal Wave every time. Genbu Kabuto, Lightning Belt, Scorpion Harness, Aqua Sachet, Merrow Locket is +115, all easily acquirable stuff.

Or you could make the BRD go THF and run out range of Grand fall(Melee Ogo at 5'2, and run when it readies) and just Migawari Tidal for TH.

I don't recall Grand Fall ever doing any damage aside from to the target...unless the 45-50ish times I killed it I just never had my THF in range. As far as Tidal Wave, I just used my normal MDT build for MNK w/ShellV up. Perfect Counter as he readies it, impossible to die.

Edit: Ah yeah. I that would save a bit of MP since he follows everything up with a spell.

Im 100% sure you didnt.

Retaliation is 20% stronger then normal hits so ODD on crit retaliation would do around 2300 damage with RR SS and blood rage and it should be very common not "I might remember it". You probably just got 3.15 crit on retaliation and with +20% damage from feet and with blood rage up it could have looked like low pdif crit with ODD. ( Confusing post but you should know what I mean )

Counter with war/mnk is another story but its very easy to check this.
With 50% counter and 50% ODD with GH,RR,blood rage, claymore grip, af3+2head you should have 100% crit rate and have ODD on every other counter so it will be very noticeable.

I installed XI View 1.08 and I like everything except for the font. I can't read names even from 8 yalms away and LS list makes my eyes hurt. Is there a certain .dat that houses all the fonts that I can replace with the original but keep the other modifications?

Where do people normally go for soloing jobs past 37? I know Qufim is good until then but I was looking to get WAR from 37-50 and DNC from 30-50. Any help on locations to xp would be appreciated as I doubt I'd be able to abyssea leech either of them all the way up. Thanks!
