Speaking of which, WTF with that stat? If I'm blocking, I'm taking like 30-40% of the damage. Factor in Phalanx, any PDT the PLD might be wearing, and just plain high DEF and you're hardly getting anything from that...

You don't even obtain Ochain after the plates, requires 75 souls to actually obtain the shield, it only becomes useful after the Azdaja horns, and that NM is a total push over, souls aren't that bad either.

I did plates in 2 days, souls in 6, and horns in 9 hours so...no it's not that hard, just tedious at points. Plates would have been one day if there were pops on the AH (too lazy to kill Kogetsu) and souls would have been 3-4 days if I didn't get dicked over with change rates a few times when I had Ule to myself.

If Ule is ever crammed, Altep usually gave a good convert rate on T2s worst we had was 1/8 or 9, usually went 1/1-3.

I was in a group for Gamyun for Seals and we converted 3 out of 4 pops. It's probably even across them all, just luck based.

Thanks, in addition to that -I assume the pet pdt gear has to be worn full time for the pet to recieve the buff. When do bsts just full time a haste set instead? when it's small NM's or a mob that's destroyed by you and your pet dd'ing. And PDT set is used for bigger NM's where you let the pet do all the work? I haven't lvl'd bst that far yet, but interested in playing, and how it works at lvl 90 and in Abyssea.

when he 2hrs with mighty strikes he is vulnerable to melees and you can proc red on him then.

You can melee it during mighty strikes. Can use aoe elemental ws (cyclone) on a mob next to it prior to that time to get a discernment reading. Ends up being something lame like light just deaggro it til you get a single element read, so you know exactly what ws to use when it 2hrs. Spams tp during 2hr so have to time your ws carefully.

Lowman strats for KS99 Wyrm? I believe I saw 1 before that just said 2DD + WHM + BLM and the BLM did nothing until flying, then unloaded.

Nin (/dnc if really lowmanned) can solo it easy while on the ground.

RNG with gandiva can easily take it out of the air in like 30 seconds. Any decent rng should be able to get the job done, though, will just take longer. Barfire, suzaku suneate, and other misc fire resist gear is more than enough to resist all of his air attacks.

Or I guess you can do the SC+MB and BLM spam nuke thing if you prefer. Not sure how a blm will do against the air attacks, though.

BLM does fine against the air attacks. Anything with a good WHM's Barfira resists them almost all of the time even without other gear. I'm not sure how many good BLMs it would take to bring it down again, but probably not too many.

1) What is the best way to 2box crour? Right now I'm just alternating killing rabbits/crawlers in vunk but that gets old.

2) Is Nin/drk and Rdm ok to stun dhorme khimera? Or is he like Apa and will resist stun from time to time if not from a blm with dark magic capped?
