A single blm is fine as long as you have a tank that can hold it (drk is good, but nin is fine if you have ninjutsu skilled up) so the blm can convert safely. A sch would be much better though, thunder4->aero4->detonation->burst aero5 is going to be most of the way to landing him.

There is no need to stun dhorme.

Easily. Can be duo'd with any DD + WHM.

I just did it RDM + THF + THF. Extremely easy and he barely landed a hit. Just SA/TA him to death lol

Fafnir really doesn't need any discussion. Fight it yourself and you'll see how fast it falls over. The best strategy is bring as many THFs as you can so you can proc higher TH.

I'm talking about real Fafnir as well. Spike Flail is a joke but I don't see the need to tail tank it. When we did Faf recently, no one took dmg. Took 2 of my shadows on THF, other THF parried it. Don't think it scratched the mages stoneskin. Not sure how much dmg it would do w/o shadows or stoenskin so I can't comment on tail tanking.

@Ladydeathstrike I think you never fought Wyrm. When I was on NIN with kurayami, capped subtle blow and TP down debuff it was WSing pretty much every 10sec in last 25%. It has some 10 tic regain and I was lucky if when terrored it used terror again before it wore not exactly after to back to back terror. BLU+WHM (if you really can damage it with physical spells while it flys) for sure (tho WHM might run down on MP) but BLU solo would be one of the hardest solo ever especially for mp management with all this terror and wing spam.

Tailtanking is ok but it will be risky for counterstanced MNK at low% because it can pretty much do enough wings to wipe your shadows and 3/3 spike flail with 45DEF will really hurt.
Best combo is THF + WHM and fight it w/o Wsing till 11TH. Good thing in tail tanking is that you can SA it for TH but I guess you can also tank it normally and run behind for SA and go back. Remember to put WHM outside of party if you want tailtanking or SAing.

I think LDS was saying that BLU could probably solo if it didn't terror as more of a hypothetical situation. It will obviously never happen because it will terror but yeah.

Revenant Fists+2 pretty much the best H2H besides Vere/Glanz/relic? Just making sure. Trying to decide if I should break off to Vere or Stick with RF+2 with my limited play time.

Revenant Fists +2 is probably still better than Glanzfausts and Spharai. That being said, don't waste your time on the WoE weapon, just work on the empyrean. You won't regret it.

Do you want to gain exp? or do you really want to 'solo'? If you want exp, you can go to CN and do pages which will inevitably lead to a group wanting to invite you so everyone can do pages together. However, if you want to 'solo', that said group will get mad at you for taking their page mobs so CN would not be the proper place. That's probably the best exp, however.
