I don't see any reason to merit Third Eye or Meditate. I just kept STP, which has the potential to help with overflow+mob hits, and should allow for an easier Seigan build, on the off chance that I'd actually use that. That said, my SAM isn't actually geared at the moment and I've not really bothered to put together sets, it's just sitting there for when I do gear it. '-'

Agree, unless you only use SAM to SATA outside of TP range, but for any other SAM where they are engaged this seems to be the best bet currently.

When we're 99 and tanking on SAM again then Third Eye.

I wouldn't assume so. Isn't it less reliable than stun? And apademak is already resistant to stun to begin with.

Violent Flourish is like Head Butt, so it's not going to be reliable on Apademak.

After about 7 hours farming in A Konschtat. I've never seen Fistule's and Clingy Clare KI from the chests. But I've seen some repeat of other key items. Do these 2 unobtainable from chests?
Also, what's a good strategy for solo farming dark rings/wivre hairpin in konschtat? I did my LS method's (cap azure via Ephemeral Clionid kill, raise amber (quickly via Pavan) and pearl : pearl to max, amber to 176-192 range). I'm wondering if there's a faster/better way than this.

All KIs from Konschtat exist in gold chests. There are just very many. As for augment farming, I just do 128 azure, 115 pearl (well, it goes up from there but that seems to be soft cap), and 255 amber and kill as much as possible in a pull. On PLD that's as much as I can run into without dying on the way back.

For theorycraft, my best Dark Rings (5MDT 5PDT 3 Spell int. x2) both dropped with upwards of 50 Ebon.

How about KI farming lights setup? Can I go from augmented items light setup to KI farming light setup? or the other way around? Or maybe there's a good middle ground?

I have something similar in tahrongi I was cleaving there for 6 hours and and 8 ppl ended up with 3/4 ( and a lot more of those KIs were trashed ) and everyone were lacking same KI. Other time I was getting 3/4 too for several ppl but the remaining one was different. I wonder if Ebon light have something to do with it.

Twisted Tonberry Crown (Bloodeye Vileberry) does not come from chests to my recollection. Less they changed something with the three ??? for high tier NMs patch that I missed?

With the right ddex range you could get crate+3% from dex+3, lol. If I had one I'd test, but I don't.

Yeah when I've been farming gold boxes solo which has been alot lately always seem to do better on KIs and augmented items with more ebon despite the fact that getting good ebon usually means having decent amounts of ruby.

in my experience, for TKH, somewhere between 20 and 40. i've seen them drop at 5 or 8 (or whatever the first kill is with amber light) though.
