I did North, frog N drops enyos' gauntlets and nemain's cuffs, he dropped no hp or mp. Should I kill some mamool South and then go North?

Yeah, iirc it was always farm south path including frog and port north (unless you needed 15s, in which case farm until unlocked then switch paths).

Atmas for Vere MNK still RR/GH/Apoc? Someone was saying SS over GH, or would the counter effect still outweigh the extra crit damage?

Haha, you'd have to tell that to my copy. I'm still using 2.2.0 or whatever, still works if I'm willing to open it a few times.

I use SS, I should probably use GH when I lowman some of the harder things, but I don't. SS should provide the most overall damage assuming most of what you fight dies in the 3m Impetus is up.

When SE added AF3+2 items to the old NM's (voyage shit on LTP nm's for example), does grellow affect these, or just TH?

My experience for vision areas has been that popped NMs have a primary and secondary drop with the secondary requiring a proc. Timed NMs only need TH for both.

Scars areas might be similar; I've never gotten a card of ardor from Sobek without the !!, but I can't remember which drops I've gotten from CC.

Can you dat swap the "get up off the ground" animation? the one that shows you getting up after being raised. It's kind of retarded to stand there for 5 seconds without being able to move just so you can die to an AoE.

There are a few but probably not worth it. Just work on OAT lance and use Vogiers for now.

As I said, this is a new character, and I don't know when I'll be able to get a rose strap because of the 5 day wait between evaluations.

I guess this is not worth it and I should stick to my Blitz ring and 6hit until I get a rose strap? (judging by your comment).

You can only quest tele spells once per character. This game has been out forever, and exp is extremely easy now. There are people in the past who did these quests, then sold them, because, hey, they'll probably never level whm anyway, and on the off chance they do, they can just buy it, and use that money now. If people who bought the scroll didn't quest it, and have since quit the game, it lowers the supply. Also, like mentioned, the influx of whm 2boxes who don't want to spend time getting fame/questing them.

As for rdm, it's really not the ideal soloing job in abyssea, at all. Most NMs resist grav/bind/etc, so it's kinda bleh. Jobs like dancer, ninja/dnc, etc, have a much easier time soloing and just using their evasion to stay alive. Outside abyssea.... sure? I haven't really done much on my actual rdm in forever, so idk.

Rdm is fine in abyssea its just insanely slow. I would prefer Nin/dnc or dnc main if I was planning on doing alot of soloing.

inside probably Leaden Salute outside slugshot. Though atmaing for leaden might bring your dps down too much if ya know aren't cheap and actually shoot sometimes
