Did SE nerf GoV? I have my mule at the book in bost. but she isn't getting exp nor credit for kills. She's within range (<20 yalms) I'm getting hit messages and even death messages but no credit for kills. What gives. Is there a level 10 minimum or something?

Well that's certainly odd considering there is <10 GoV pages, unless the higher ones have a level 10 minimum. That said, I also wasn't getting any messages about "out of range" or anything while killing either or "fab defeats the mob" unless I was within 20 yalms, just nothingness.

Does Migawari's activation % apply to post-PDT/MDT damage or prior?

I cannot answer your question directly, but I do know that Scherzo is applied after PDT/MDT

Example: Homing Missile from Chariot in Altepa, ~25%PDT left me at nearly the same HP as when I wore TP gear (Scherzo on in both instances)

If they aren't getting exp for the kills then they aren't getting credit.

Anyone else randomly locking out of maws and npcs in Ahtowwa? I literally got locked unable to chat or exit while talking to the visitant npc to get my status and was unable to enter so i timed out once it finally did unlock.
I have the latest version of xiview which should have been updated for this latest update last i checked.

I haven't had any problems, but if you didn't get visitant and timed out you can reenter immediately.

That's where the maw freezing came in. I hit //terminate and was able to enter afterwards without freezing though. no clue what caused the problem.

Any testing done on to what extent Sagasinger will steal effects?

I'm thinking of putting together a run to get myself one but not sure.

What size of a group will I need to farm up the popsets, I know you can just zerg down DL but what about the other NMs? Are they very tough?

Is there a point where barspell resistance caps out at? Meaning, is 154 resistance "too much" resistance? Should I be swapping some of this enhancing magic gear for other pieces?

It entirely depends on the mob your lvl sometimes your job traits and what move that mob is doing

90WHM in 4/5 af3+2 with full enhancing magic set, say buffing a tank for Orthrus. Tank would have some MDB set as well. Just wondering as way before I think I recall one of my old shell's tanks saying anything over 140 was useless. Just want to know if that was true/still valid.

Also because you were lvl 50. Pretty severe reduction for being lower lvl but eventually you can chain up

140 on its own isn't enough to reliably resist anything worth resisting, and never was.

Edit: I suppose I should qualify my statement with "anything worth resisting in current endgame content." Thanks to level correction, 140 will probably get you by shit like KS99 Wyrm, but I doubt that lives long enough for it to matter anymore.

Against orthrus, barfira + shell5 is more than enough to make it so that any given move won't take off more than 50% of your hp as a mithra nin with 12/12 hp (no mdb/mdt gear swaps). So if you said orthrus because you plan on doing it, it should be enough.

Enough to win sure. But putting some more enhancing gear in to get more is nice so you don't need as much curing

If losing half your health qualifies as a successful resist, then yeah, you can get by. 140 is not enough to reliably floor elemental damage (from level-appropriate mobs).

Yeah agreed, i had like barfira/shellV and still did carols, at first to reduce the damage, and then it was really like not much hit our tanks, so no 140 isn't enough.

I mean if you willing put the fire resist atma + barfira+ shelll V , you probably be fine IMO.
