With the changes to Thief "proc'ing" treasure hunter now, is Treasure Hunter on the mob even before the thief gets the message? I realize SE has stated in the past that the Thief "just has to be in the party" or w.e. but is Treasure Hunter now a "landed effect?" IE if I don't see my proc message, does the mob have "any" TH on it? Any tests done on this? Thanks in advance.

Testable with two thfs and a long fight NM I suppose. Have thf with full gear not touch the mob, but instead cure the tanking player. Second thf wear no TH gear and try to get proc messages - does the 2nd thf's proc message start at 7 (indicates just hate list works), or at 4 (+1 from the gear-less thf's natural TH).

Being Lv70 isn't exactly leeching, and what happened to your old account? And check your PMs

You should be able to join an XP party in a heroes zone, and at worst go on an AF feet farming run in a scars zone.

Edit: The pink bubblegum retards are the leeches, and they can be any level over 78 they choose.

Not counting Emp I'd probably say Str Kila/Triplus or Str Kilas/Oneiros. Maybe even Mantodea Harpe/TriplusorOneiros. It's really hard to do comparisons on daggers.. you can only say one combination is better than the other if it both gains tp faster and does more damage via DoT/SA/TA/WS.

TY! Would twilight or angr harpe be decent mhs or oh daggers if no str kila? I don't plan on 100%ing my thf, just slightly above average/good daggers and not top of the line.

Does your THF have TH? Then its good.

If you dont want to make a magian dagger, use twilight. Eva dagger would likekly be better though and take all of a day to finish. Same delay as twilight, but higher base damage.

if all you are doing is THing, triplus + TK is prob all you need if you dont feel like switching daggers after applying the first hit on it.

well got my club to 246 (8 skill from merits) and can't start the quest no matter what i do, lol
wiki says all you need is 230 club skill, so yeah, can't accumulate WS points and it seems can't start quest either

Out of my Sig is there something better I should go on? Do the leeches link for that 1 page? Also, where is the good camp for leeching and killing the leeches?

No, your main character kills leeches a level below the book - main doesn't get pages, only alt.

As the other guy said, you fight the EP leeches a level below, have alot of leeches to choose from.

Job is just whatever you're good/geared at, I went BLU/RDM when I was helping a friend get their mule character, doesn't matter though really. I was evading them pretty well with capped skill, Sanguine can help top you off easy.

Yes they link. Since they are in the water they won't follow for long if you want to outrun/train them.

Eh, I'd say it's more along the lines of TH is applied as soon as the THF does some sort of action towards the mob.

this is correct. thursday, our thf popped bukhis (so was the sole focus of hate at the start) and i proceeded to bounty shot (w/ af3 gloves) before he acted otherwise on the mob, and my bounty shot granted TH3. to apply TH, the thf must act on the mob. the base amount of TH granted, of course, is based on traits + gear and builds from there , +1 at a time.

i didn't have any quests started at first, talked to NPC many times, was on pld, tried equipping club and talking, lol then started doing the quests of his "npc buddy" - Making Amends

Lion isn't 10%, it's likely 7%. Otherwise, yeah it all stacks. There's no known cap for TA or DA, and I'd bet you can have up to 100% of each.
