The difference between then is Chloris has one timed spawn NM that you might have comp over claiming for (unless you strictly cleave KI farm) Where the gigas is 3 pop NMs.

Also if you are building a Chloris pop from scratch, that is a hell of a lot more running around than the gigas.

Glavoid generally seems a lot faster to do than the mandy.

Over time though, Vere would be easier to make once you are out of the first stage.

Hey guys/gals just recently hit 80 synergy to make grim cuirass' but am having much trouble. i have the smithing and whatnot lvl'd so not that.
Ina nutshell i get the balances to dead on but it wont give me finish message. Any help would be much appreciated,spent all day trying to get one to finish
my last attempt was 69/70fire 35/35earth 20/20light 35/35dark rest of the elements being +/- no more then 7. /pullhairout. my apologies if this was suppose to be in the craft thread im new to forums again any help on this would be very much appreciated.

If you farm Chloris normally, then going from chukwa to skull then bats then clionind then limule then mandy then scorpions... its far more walking then bria and you need to farm 7 triggers and kill 8 NMs and stagger 4 of them. Its far far more time consuming then 3 popable NMs for Bria.
Maybe you assumed buying triggers for Chloris? Tarnished pincer 50k, shriveled wing 80k, bloodshot 25k, Exorcised skull 90k, Acidic humus 40k and you need to still farm items from bats and scorpions.

By the way, your whole premise of assigning gil value to the poppables is silly. Apadamek + Briareus costs more than Chloris.

In addition you can have ppl camping chukwa in which case you can lose a lot of time.

This is different than finding a 15 man LS at a Lightning Gigas pop how now? Either way another group can cock block you. Either outclaim people, or do shit when it's less crowded.

If Amun is as camped as Guku on your server, yours is an aberration. Guku is by far the most popular of the Scars freespawners.

Throwing the nms to upgrade to the lvl 90 versions isn't really fair. The bulk of what makes the weapon as good as it is comes at 85.

Also miseraux coast is probably the easiest zone to solo cleave. Only reason Guku is usually more camped is because all of sobeks KI nms and sobek itself are real close so the people farming can watch everything at once. Which has both it's benefits and disadvantages

Can you read? I listed you most items for chloris. They cost 285k+. Sisy + snow are 170k and Bria's are 70k so 240k total. (prices from now from Bahamut).
Also you doesnt need to buy triggers for gigas. They are easy to farm and can't be compare to exorcised skull for example ( for which you need to first farm a trigger then kill NM that can reraise fuck tons of times and cast death ).

You can go do other gigas and let them do their. They will make avg 1gigas per 2-3min so they will end in the time you will finish other 2 gigas for lowman group.
You would need to have very bad luck with 3 big LSs on every gigas and still its 1 gigas per 2-3mins not one turtle per 10-15mins.

Once again, cleave is more efficient and makes both of them almost equal because the time you lose on doing one more NM for Sobek is the same as difference in time between Sobek and Ulhu fights.

The gigas KI nms are so weak anyways that you can't really put more than 1 good DD on it for long anyways without risking killing before you run thru all the red ws. Hell I've almost killed some with just my nin on it before I got a clue. Luckily clue was for the last ws I had that I hadn't tried. So really you almost need to have your non tanks off getting tp from the surronding mobs and tada get pop items too

Personal note: Chloris sets wouldnt be that bad @ 7m if you had war + nin + whm to cover all red. Difference with Bria nms is you often see whm + nin, or solo nin popping. Then again I've never personally done Chloris path, so maybe solo + dual box occurs there too. Cost would just be a lot steeper to not have all red.
