Two hours to implement a patch, and almost 8 fucking hours to fix something they borked. Great job SE.

And then it's all down again within 2hrs of being back up and people finding another disgustingly broken bug.

Hopefully the public test server will prevent crap like this from happening. Old game is old, dirty code, etc.

They were trying to fix an obvious bug that's probably looked pretty easy to fix. Unfortunately, at some point during the last 10 years someone spaghetti-coded Cure damage and left the team.

I forgive them, even if they glitched the game out while trying to make the game less glitchy looking.

Anyone have any information on that the Equipment Vendors that they added sell?

I checked the one in Bastok. It was all level 1-14 crap

there's 2 new npcs in port windy selling stuff, a galka and a hume.
Both sell low level armor, leather to scale mail ranges.
Prices are a lot more reasonable then previously.

The point is to make vendor stuff available to lower level players at a not stupidly high price in case some stuff isn't on AH. Most the vendors sell level 40-60 stuff at just unreasonable prices in order to set a kind of limit on NPCing shit I guess.
