reaaally late to the party here, but what is this in reference to?

The change SE made for the Tarut-card NPC to issue a new set of cards each conquest tally, rather than just once when you initiated the first quest.


Granted it's still a quested scroll, so I doubt it'd drop in price much. Rather it'd just be less a pain in the arse for people to quest it that still haven't yet with the adjustment.

Quick question about this. If I do some GoV there as a 24 MNK, will I have a chance of getting this item or do I need to do the high level pages?

Sorry couldn't reply at work, as others have already stated it doesn't seem to matter.

For the record I was doing page 1s on.... um, like 20 BLU/BST or something like a boss when I found it.

I've seen more chat log mishaps with procs now then I've ever seen before. Wonder if they still think they fixed it.

Doesn't seem like they fixed it properly no, saw a couple of triggers credited to the wrong person last night.

There was no lag in play, chat log tells the story in order pretty much. A dead person triggered weakness...however I think I know the culprit to this:

First cast:
[21:01:12]Flux starts casting Huton: Ni on Iku-Turso.
[21:01:12]Iku-Turso readies Maelstrom.

Second Cast:
[21:02:24]Iku-Turso starts casting Waterja.
[21:02:25]Flux starts casting Huton: Ni on Iku-Turso.

Third cast was the one in SS, so what it does is probably logs who triggers weakness from a certain spell first (regardless if it lands clean or not), and then stores it in a variable that will only be reset when the mob dies. Thats my theory atleast...

I too noticed this as well, no SS or anything to show but its definitely a glitch. Not fixed

Extremely late post, but that Jettatura copy is not Jettatura, but a copy of Mortal Ray (and it's variants, Apocalyptic Ray/Chthonian Ray).
