myoshu and yurin were reversed effect? o_o;

The animations were reversed at one point. I really liked covering myself in flower petals too, so I'm pretty pumped about the fix.

(Effect normally means "animation" in SE terms, well sometimes, I remember people getting in a tizzy over an Efflux effect adjustment and it was just adding a unique animation.)

The special effects were reversed, so Yurin had you throwing flower petals on the mob whereas myoshu covered you in a purple mist.

I used to campaign all the time on Unicorn, did it for the first time Saturday on Fenrir and ended up getting 4200 xp on my pld so I'm curious as to what the cap is going to be now on xp gained. Might do beseiged more too now with that increase in rewards available, plus it still has skillups.

I took that to mean the abyssites like from Bhumi or Tonberry's and such that you can't really get 100% with red proc since you can't proc them. I've heard some people complain about long sessions trying to get those.

So if climactic flourish makes forced crit on non crit wses, or all hits of ws crit, dancer is now broken. Sweet zombie baby jesus...

Inb4 its both and dancer's start dropping 9K DEs followed by emergency maint.

Then again this is SE we're talking about, everytime we think they're going to nerf dancer they buff us more. Not so much buffs for dancer lately since the DW update (note I'm not complaining, just stating) but this one is really nice. I absolutely love how SE is focusing more on dancer's weak point, damage dealing. I have no problems with this update.

The issue wherein the log would display smaller damage amounts than actually dealt by the avatar Ifrit's blood pacts Rage and Burning Strike.

Fucking knew this shit was broke when I kept dropping dead from attacks that were way less than what the log said. Log would say like 2000-2500 and I'd drop dead even though I had 4k HP.

It just says the recasts for Yurin & Innin right? Not the duration? So the scaling of the effects shouldn't be altered. Actually, this is pretty nice as it means you can just renew them rather than dealing with the reduced effect for the last two minutes.

I thought Twashtar was always better for DNC than THF since its the best main hand dagger DNC can get (outside of mythic?) due to high base damage, low delay and +15 Dex?

Only going to change Rudra's Storm for dancer if it can force a cirt on a non crit WS.

If it lets non-crit WSs crit, Striking Flourish can go suck eggs. 50% crit rate and a DA vs. 100% crit rate and a 20% damage boost isn't even close.

If it just lets multiple hits of crit WSs crit, Evisceration gets a huge boost and Twashtar is no more useful than it was.

Eh, Twilight + Phurba struck me as the best option tbh.

Now that DNC can force a crit on Rudra's though, it'll be worth using. Still won't be as good as THF with SA/TA but should still beat the crap out of Evisceration.


Just pondering now, with the new changes to Hasso, would be nice if SE would change our AF+2 pants to increase Zanshin with Hasso up. The 2.5 JA Haste is pretty sweet, but not that hot without other haste buffs.

Still seems like a pointless move though. He was already right there where you warp in, like 1 grid box away from where he's been moved now.
