Iunno what Takiwaki has been smoking but there has been barely any filler this season and Dr. Rosen is turning into an absolute badass. I can maybe understand why he felt that way with the kind of direction the first couple episodes of the season went, but since then it's just been non-stop plot and bombshell after bombshell.
Most recent episode just had me going "Holy shit!" the entire time.

My fault it got cancelled =/, it was a pretty great season finale, but again the show went totally downhill.

I watched a bit of the first season. Didn't get into it too much. Maybe they'll give money to the show 3 inches that was competing with Alpha season 2! XD

One of those examples where the best part of the show isn't recognized and garbage is piled on top of it. Just like Leverage, the non-lead characters should have been the lead characters instead of making the old guy the star and fleshing out a bad and boring long story arch. Jumping the shark at the end of the first season by outing the mutants to congress was either incredibly stupid, or they expected it to be a series finale. Season 2 had nowhere to go...
