The -STP absolutely does matter. Pinion is only for recasts and even there it's not particularly useful.

3%TA, probably a lot crit rate from dDEX, in most cases base dmg up from 13STR should easily beat other option but idc for PUP tbh :D

You're actually totally right (and as a consequence, I was totally wrong). I just checked the different sets in the spreadsheet, and ocelomeh(NQ)+toci's comes clearly ahead, head +1 being of course much better due to quasi-capping gear haste (this is asuming Athos's boots in the feet slot, any other 3% haste option would do pretty much the same).

First thing I did after getting Toci's was precisely checking this, so I don't know why I thought then that AF3+2 was better. In any case, I'm changing my TP set right now, thanks for the correction!

Edit: against very, very hard stuff AF3+2 will perform better, but then again, it's with made-up numbers I tossed trying to emulate Jeuno tier 3+ NMs.

Pretty Sure Shun pulls ahead outside unless you have Kannagi.

Against weaker mobs outside/capped attack Genbu's is decent, otherwise even the +1 head is probably better.

If it doesn't affect xhit Sword is an option, Otherwise I'd probably just use pole. Both brave and uther's are fairly subpar.

base tp/hit is calculated off the reduced delay, which would make the already difficult-to-5hit 492 delay even worse, pole it is.

Not having Athos, I posted the above question. And before you say "Get athos", I would have thought it quite obvious the question is "As I dont have Athos yet, which of these in the meantime?"
"I use Athos" doesn't really help me trying to find out exactly where Toci's fits into my thief setup, which is why I posted the above.
