Gorget is on avg the same damage as +6dex neck but thats for good set and Spharai. For other h2h +6dex neck will pull ahead but the difference is VERY small ( gorget +1.8%, +6dex +1.8-2.1%)

So I finished my 2x STR swords for RDM lolmelee, now I'm wondering if there's any merit to 2x VIT swords (yeah, there's genbu's shield but I'd do more damage dualwielding 2x VIT swords than single wielding with shield). If I take my RDM to dynamis to get xp on my AF2+2, would I do better overall with VIT swords and PDT gear, or STR swords and my best DPS gear and just killing faster. Or STR swords + PDT gear until proc, then DPS gear to finish.

Less clear-cut there. Without knowing NM AGI values off hand I'd favor Shura +1 by a very small margin, low single digits.

Aside from the obvious use another job, I would say use normal DD setup while trying to proc and don't bother with PDT gear/turning unless it's low and still not proc'd. If no one's around attempting to take mobs sleep the weakened one and DD down a new one while trying to proc the old one.

Well, I'd still go /DNC and try to proc, and compete with everyone as usual. I'd just kill a little slower (lot slower) than on my BST.

lolstrswords. It's all about Dual Wielding 2x DA+11 swords on RDM with brutal earring/atheling/camalec trousers and 26% haste and Temper with 500+ enhancing magic. Can come pretty close to 60% DA.

If anyone has time to make a DA sword(I don't think it's even better is it?), they certainly have time to make a 90 almace. Guess which one is going to help you deal the most damage? Also you wouldn't be able to DW 2 maxed out DA weapons, one would need to be from the previous trial.

Assuming Requiescat, x2 Str beats DA on DC+ mobs. With Death Blossom they're better on DC mobs and about equal/begin to fall behind on anything stronger. And yeah at the point you're making x2 DA swords you might as well just make Almace.

If you were stuck with Death Blossem, wouldn't it be better to use Daggers and Evis/Exen? Or does the poor dagger choice hold it back?

If you had Mandau maybe, outside if you're talking about Twilight dagger it falls behind x2 shikargar and DB.

For Upheaval: assuming don't need Acc from Ogier's Legs: Rheic Dirs +1 (Att+18 Vit+8) or Ogier's (Att+20 WSDmg+3)? If Ogier's Win, does Rheic+2/+3/Phorcy's beat them?
And does Rheic+1/+2/+3/Phorcys beat War AF2+2 (Was told AF2+2>Ogier's is acc-capped)?
