that 11k wasnt brewed, he was saying he got higher on the VNM but he was brewed ont he VNM.
The 11k was on a piercing weak mob, the 14k was brewed. You certainly aren't going to be doing anywhere near "14k on every WS" even with 300tp and lots of luck.

Thoughts on Alcide Harness +1? STR +6. accuracy +11, SB, and enhances critical hit damage (3-4%?)?
Since we can't wear Loki's, could this be a viable option or does the dex +8. accuracy and attack +20 of the empy body +2 win out in most situations?
Also, STR +5/6 ring or Epona's for WSing?
Yeah, that's why I used it as the extreme case to illustrate my point that doing 14000 damage every 100 TP 95% of the time wouldn't be better than doing a 5k evisceration 100% of the time on trash mobs. Also, for a brewed Rudra's, that's actually quite a bit less than I'd expect is possible. My 9k in the same thread was literally the first WS I did to an EM Blood Bat in Tahrongi without attack food. I'd put my 300TP average there around 7k (parser was still broken). Floor 4 Rampart in Bhaflau (lolSalvage), he hit 8.6k and I was around 8.4 I think (birds, so piercing weak again). LBC, I broke 3k.
As it is, we can set ourselves up to one-shot every other monster when solo, or we can one-shot every monster. Most things don't have enough HP to need the skillchain damage from Rudra's->Rudra's to kill them. Err... this is more difficult to explain than I thought. The problem I run into is that I'm choosing between using Reverse Flourish and Climactic, because Climactic+Reverse is only be efficient if the monster has ~8-10k HP. So I can make my WS do 50% more damage, or I can avoid messing up my finishing move cycle and WS the next trash monster at the start.
It's really a pretty fun time to play Dancer. This is the first time I've ever really had to adjust my playstyle.
From the Bonanza... THF Vest +1 items (to instantly upgrade it to +2) or Love Torque? Currently have the Agasaya's and Kuriba Beads for neck, so it'd be DEX+1 Dagger+7, but also have Rapparee Harness so it'd be Haste+1% Dagger +5 (DEX+10 whilst meleeing, and set proc, but got Loki's so...)

I chose love torque last bonanza and have zero regrets. Honestly, you will have many more chances to get THF body done in the near future, start your own /sh group, join one etc., than you will have chances to do JoL. The pops for JoL are significantly harder to get than any seal NM.
You can duo Shaula easily with thf and blm imo. It's much, much harder to get a love torque then it is to get 10 body seals.
Using a "what's better" for brewing scenario to ask the following, mainly:
Are Sanguine Blade and other magic-damage weapon skills (such as Wildfire and Flash Nova)
affected by the Weapon Skill:DMG.:+10% effect on Trial of the Magians weapons?
I want to assume the answer is yes, but I can't find confirmation anywhere.
An extra 10% on 15k/45k would be something to work on right away if so.
That, and INT+9/Magic Atk. Bonus +10 for the off-hand, of course.
They certainly are, although you can't use a WS damage+10% weapon with Wildfire (but you can use Griffon's Claw with Vulcan's Staff).
Paladins finish the WS Damage+10% trial pretty quickly using Shield Mastery.

If you have the same setup for WS that I'm looking at, Alcide's will perform 0.003% better than AF3+2.
Moogle body with STR/DEX is a big improvement though.
Is it worth making a dDex set for Vsmite? If so, how is this?
it can be good if u can reach dDex....which u still need some dexwith that gear on some EPs (my nin hit ddex with + 74 dex hume on dynamis xarc EPs)
if not saccing too much str, you can use demonry core,Vigilance mantle +1, an osode to hit ddex...but will it be better? perhaps. but on EM+ you prolly just wanna go all str/att

Valhalla Helm or Nocturnus Helm? (Mainly for Fell Cleave session on WAR)
Nocturnus Helm proc activation is 5%, so its 5% vs 5% but, the N.Helm cure you the DMG you take, but V.Helm guive you All DMG -5%, But V.Helm guive a Slow +5% so idk -_-
