Hard to say without knowing more of your setup really. Well really approximate dex/int mab and if you using any and how much tp bonus stuff

200 tp bonus, lets say 60 matt from atmas on average, and wind attack +30 from gales (wtf does this even mean? matt bonus of 30 on wind magic? or something else? @_@

Matt+4 on body, matt+1 augment on warwolf belt totaling +24 matt from gear. so 84 magic attack bonus + 30 wind attack from gales.

Also: 29 str, 41 dex, and 10 int.

Hoping to get my hands on denali kecks and hecates earring for another 9 magic attack soon.

With or without BA? DEX has a weaker modifier than INT and MAB without BA up, so an INT/MAB piece will beat a DEX piece easily. With BA, Loki/EmpLegs should be winning with a decent set.

The gales bonus is a straight +30% to wind element magic. Would really be nice to know approximate int/dex totals (strength doesn't matter at all)

Pretty much. Though even with BA up the 5 mab neck might be better... and on right moonphase artemis

MAB neck probably wins either way just due to the fact there aren't very many decent DEX necks. If you happen to have a Love Torque, it may be worth using during certain moon phases, otherwise you should just be using ugg pendant/artemis medal.

Just recently got my ebody abj (finally, lol), wondering if i should shell out the money for the -1 or not.

How does the STP/DA+3 Armadaberk compare to AF3+2? Like, is it slightly better, way better, about the same? Don't currently own a Ukon but am working on it atm.

DA +2 is common but +3 is very rare on -1s

even if you finally get i a +3, you need luck on STP good values as well

however if you eventually able to get a good augment(some people i know took over 180 tries), its alot better than +2 body.

Shell out for the -1. Simply because trying for a good augment with stupid ass synergy is a pain in the ass, and if you're gonna deal with that pain in the ass you may as well have a white box to show for it.

That, and if you ever decide you did want the HQ some time in the future, you won't have to do synergy augmenting for it... again. Not to mention get another abjuration.

Swapping out Iga Kyahan +2 for Usu feet vs. Swapping out Iga Hakama +2 for Crit+4% Haidate, which would be better? For Tping.

Depends. Haidate's better if you have a good STP augment on them and:

inside Abyssea: using Iga Ningi +2 and Rancor Collar
outside Abyssea: same conditions if dDEX is overcapped or the 20 DEX brings you to cap, possibly just with high but uncapped dDEX if you're using Rancor Collar but without it you definitely should go with Iga +2. It's a wash without Rancor Collar with capped dDEX, slightly favoring one or the other depending on the exact value of your STP augment.

I should note that Haidate/Usu can have a slight lead over either combination (provided you're in Abyssea or have high critrate) if you're getting double marches as that puts you just shy of delay reduction cap, but not so far off that adding more haste will overtake the STP and critdmg. However, you need to be playing aggressively for this to be effective. If you're overTPing, it'll fall behind.

Also been reading that Iga ninga +2 is usually the best for Blade: Hi... what if you aren't taking full advantage of it's +crit rate or even worse already capped?

First is pretty easy in abyssea where MKD wins by far but very hard outside where Heca can give you fSTR and dDEX. 2% DA is almost nothing for Evis on THF because of high TA and limit of 8 hits on WS.
Heca +1 will give you about 3fSTR ~1.5WSC and ~11att thats probably around 5.5% so it will beat MKD which gives ~1WSC and 2-4% so 3-5% total (they might be close to equal on full crit Evis but thats once per 1700 Evis outside probably ) 2 more dex for dDEX and 2% DA is just a bonus. Aias is still any option it gives 2fSTR and ~2WSC so because of rounding it might be the same as Heca and gives 6 more accuracy and 2more dDEX so whenever you are not capped on acc or in a range of 40-48dDEX Aias wins.

Iga Ningi +2 is mainly better outside not inside. Someone had some math about it winning inside too but I believe it would require some really high stat mob (maybe Isgebind) because it can only win under strongly uncapped acc/att situation when it gives no fSTR. 5%crit rate on :hi with RR+GH is about the same as 5%crit dmg so You need a situation where att/acc from Iga will beat 11AGI from Loki's. Outside Iga wins easily.

DIAF im 300+ tatters in and still can't get DA3 and stp on the same berk. Got slapped in the face with a DA2 stp5 from T1 yesterday.
