Well if you haven't got Askar, Aurum, Faz. R. Mail, augmented Ada/madaberk, then is it such a bad choice for TP? It could be a "what should I use in the meantime whilst I work on getting a better body?" type question.

Assumes accuracy is capped. 13.5% hitrate is significant if you're uncapped, especially if it means trading Pizza+1 for RCBs. I have no idea what high-end stuff eva values at 99 are, however. Aggressor is only 3 out of 5 minutes.

Yep, for total STP amounts. Subtract 15 from either number for /SAM.

That's really the primary usefulness of the +2 body IMO. If it's part of an x-hit build, then it's worth it. If not, then the vanilla ACC/ATT probably loses to something with boosts to fSTR/crit/DA/etc - though there are still plenty of worse choices.

How do you figure?

Getting ~25tp return from your WS allows you to swap in Atheling, thew bomblet, ganesha's mala, ace's hands/feet over the standard top 5hit.

Or you keep your current 5hit and WS at 110% TP which is very comparable to WSing in Ace's body (+9 str)

Using the DPS calc, missing OW will cost you 1% in damage. Landing OW will net you 7-12%. Sounds like a reasonable gamble to me.

What are you even using Rvg. Lorica +2 for?

I just got WAR to 99 recently, and the only 2 bodies I have are perle and emp. Is emp body really that bad? I could get grim cuirass i suppose, I hate nyzul so no askar (although it's a possibilty if the new nyzul takes off), and I don't have e.body (i supposed it's feasible, is it still that good?)

So between perle and emp, use emp? what's my first upgrade and what's my ultimate goal(s)?

Out of curiosity, why do you hate nyzul? It's super easy, you can trio it, and 5 floor climbs + boss take like 5-10 minutes. Even if you don't have a friend with boss floors unlocked, you could climb to 100 really easilly now - you should be able to do 10 floors per 30 minute run unless you get unlucky somehow... but to be honest even "bad" floors like chariot families, etc are a walkover.

And to not double post-- Ruinator on BST, neck:Justiciar vs Ele gorget, what about waist having a brain fart, only warwolf belt comes to mind, is there any better options or stick to ele belt? Also for WAR since they can't wear Justiciar, ele gorget is the best option?

Coronach is 40%DEX 30%AGI, right? (and implicit, metaphoric 59% STR from fSTR2)
Seiryu offers 15 AGI
Athos's offers 7 DEX 7 AGI and 7 STR. I can safely vouch for Athos's without much of calculation

Yeah (50% I presume), but Annihilator is rank 7 (30 fSTR2 cap), which should happen at ~56 STR more than your target's VIT. Pretty possible if you try to just whore STR.

RNG is pretty much at the bottom at STR ranking from all DD, reaching fSTR2 cap is almost impossible without something similar to Cruor buff.
AFAICR, My fSTR2 on Amphiptere in Flux 9 with normal setup @90/95 was 1~2.

answered my own question w/ testing.
Gausape + Monster Helm + Killer Effects Merits are completely better than using twilight set. closer if you don't use twilight set for low chr values, but in normal CHR values for a good set the killer effects bonus still pulls ahead.

Even lamps aren't that bad. Me and a couple of blus have been trying to get spells in there and even with multiple lamp floors and holding bosses to make it use moves we still always get at least 7 floors trioing
