Obviously the correct answer is Ukko's Fury, but Upheaval isn't bad either.

Never got an answer for these so reposting:
Evisceration (Stacked and unstacked): Athos's Tights or Raider's +2? Fairly certain AF3+2 win, but double checking.

Hecatomb > Raider's + 2 > Athos's Tights.

Pandinus is a pretty huge upgrade, but assuming you're talking about COR, AF3+2 hat isn't terrible. Similar neck slot, Stoicheon rapes, but failing that you could use AF3 neck. Hectate/Moldy are free if dont want to buy Novio. Best body slots are all free: Athos/Loki/Mab Mirke. Alrunas for hands, but they can be hard to find, otherwise Ra/Ex AGI options like Ocelot or Schultzen. Athos best on Dark/Earth/Fire days. AGI rings, +6 or +7 depending on how cheap you're going. Forban is best for back slot, failing that I really dont know what to suggest, there isn't much else awesome in that slot. I guess an Aisance Mantle +1 for the 5AGI would be ok. Sveltesse for waist. Ambushers are free, failing that, denali are too. AF3+2 for feet.

Umbra Cape VS Shadow Mantle for blu tanking?

BLU can't cap PDT without using a PDT sword or Genbu's Shield barring nighttime latent on Umbra. In a full PDT build without either of those items Umbra will mitigate more damage overall, but in a hybrid set that drops below ~36% PDT or a full set with a defensive weapon set (and thus capped PDT) Shadow Mantle would be superior. The damage annulment may also be of minor value if casting under fire.

So yet another question about weapon sets. I am a bit confused about the effect of the elemental belts on the new weapon skills.

Specifically, with multi-hits would I still benefit more from using the belts, or is it more of a: as long as you have x of some stat, use the elemental belt, if not use a stat related belt?

tl;dr do I use elemental belts for multi hit new WS's or not?
