Rank-25 body pieces are all 750 seals.
Rank-30 weapons are all 1,000 seals.
Rank-50 weapons are all 4,000 seals.

City-specific potions/ethers are 5 seals.
Reraise potions are 200 seals. (or 15 seals if you want the cheaper "no guarantee" one)
Crafting and Gathering exp-boost scrolls are 200 seals.

I think that's about all there is right now when it comes to items you can't get elsewhere. How many seals does 'Into the Dark' reward? I heard 4,000 somewhere, but I'm not sure. (edit: yeah it is 4,000)

That makes the current total seals possible: 5,750 per company. Pretty much one body piece, one Rank-30 weapon, and one Rank-50 weapon. I am guessing they planned it that way.

I currently have 5,750 seals from Limsa and haven't bought anything.

EDIT: Just checked the quests at Ul'Dah. Excluding the initial quest that gives you 250 points...

R22 Company Quest (Name differs based on the city-state): 500 seals
Imperial Devices: 1000 seals
Into the Darkness: 4000 seals.
