forgetting ika musume? blasphemy!
If MALU did not suck, or if the code was open source I'd fix it to grab Ika Musume torrents automatically, but as it is I also forget it. Just updated to episode 9 from 6.
This week's Penguindrum was so good. Story is getting better each week.
I'm surprised you haven't been spoiled on the Mirai Nikki story Elcura. I skimmed the manga and just went to the last chapter way back before we knew there was going to be an anime adaptation when some people mentioned it I think. Might have even posted about it in one of these anime threads...probably a year and some change ago. Pretty much everywhere I go there are people spoiling it though, especially /a/, but that's expected.
Actually, it's not that I forgot about it, it's just I didn't have as much time to write up Ika Musume posts like I did for the first 8 or so weeks. I've been watching it but haven't had time to make posts about it like I had planned at the start of the season. Ika Musume is still one of my favorites this season but it was the first to go to make more room for school/work/moving/Thanksgiving/social life.
I'm glad Mirai Nikki hasn't been spoiled for me but I won't rage or anything if it does. I think I'll enjoy the story if I learn while I watch it rather than knowing the ending before watching the movie (like the Sixth Sense or a number of other US movies for example).
Kyouso Giga
Pretty disappointing in terms of story(non-existent); the show feels likes its kind of meandering about without a real purpose. The animation sure looked amazing with lots of atmosphere and creativity.
The ending does hints on a proper TV series.

I thought that was coming out Friday. Nice to see it's out already thought.
I'm guessing just one long episode for now and a story in the future? Hopefully they can retain that art style and have a story then rather than sacrifice some of the art and have a story, too. Guess I'll find out when I watch it after school/work today.
Is it just me, or did last Saturday's Ben-to cross over from interesting premise with a bit of fan service to a fan service focus with little-to-no plot development?
It depends on if the two characters become important in the next few episodes.
I felt the "story" ended 2 episodes ago and they're just dragging it now :<
Because they are dicking about with shounen fighting tropes.
Compare to Tenjou Tenge, you get this whole build up of secret plots and politics, and it all goes phwooooar.
Ben-To does the buildup, then goes <engie>nope.</engie>
It's just a little harder to spot what it's doing, because Ben-To is a lot less blatant about it than say MariaHolic, Tiger & Bunny, etc.
Kyouso Giga was pretty awesome, although 360p webrip does no justice to the superb animation, art, colors, and action. I'll have to rewatch it once 720p/1080p versions are out just to get the full effect of the show. Love the visual style. I disagree that the story was non-existent; there's a lot going on and it's pretty well connected. I like the whole Alice in Wonderland vibe they're going with and thought they did a great job with a lot of the analogies. It's exactly clear what's going but who honestly gives a fuck when it's only a 25 minute OVA. Music was enjoyable, too. Glad that there were some scenes from the trailer not in this OVA which makes it promising for more in the near future.
I'd recommend people wait until the higher quality versions come out unless you want to watch it twice. Otherwise, it's fantastic!
Yeah I was surprised by the filesize, lots of people praising the animation already on the low quality release makes me very excited to watch the high quality version. Haven't watched it yet.
Ameno Sagiri's corruption really does explain that whole chain of event better, felt so much forced on the game
Edit: Haganai 10...love this series too fucking much
