Talk to all the NPCs there on a class you need exp on, then switch to a 45+ and accept the bubble quest and you can select both the 25 and 45 quest.

My R30 levequest on my R31 THM, 2 Stars, the mobs still gave me exp, about 300 each. 2851 at the end.

6200 sp from completeing the r50 raid quest!!! Anyone done a raid yet? People are telling me you have to do all 3 quests, 1 in each city to get in, but thought i read different here....

I am seeing a lot of brand new characters being made... It seems like the hype worked to some extent.

Long distance won't matter as much once we have chocobos implemented. so, for now it sucks but we know there is an upcoming solution.\


Loving the new camera angles. We can look almost straight up or down now. Makes Black Shroud feel more like a forest since you can now look up at the trees.

The new targeting icon is pretty cool. I disabled the default and using the new one now. It changes colors depending on what you're doing. It'll flash a diff color for aoe spells or single target spells, active mode, passive mode, ect.

edit: trade 30 deaspected crystals to Ronan Kognan in Gridania for it. You can trade one crystal for 10 elemental shards otherwise. Lame.

I like the icons, the new musics and the quest cutscenes are rather enjoyable. Auto-attack feels weird but I guess it's just a matter of getting used to. I hate the quest long distances so far, but at least I've had time to visit a few settlements and hear some of the music.

The lack of proper LFG tool is killing it for me though, Rift's spoiled me on that one.

fuck yeah you can cross the rivers in black shroud now from any part of the shore. before it was those 2 very specific parts of the river. now its anywhere! /tears of joy.
