The Lalafell NPC might be the Queen (sultan) of Ul'Dah. They mentioned before that the flame general only bowed to her and none of the syndicate members.

Looking interesting so far, although I still don't see a Conj weapon. Which is kind of odd as Conj still doesn't have any rank 50 NM weapon. O.o"

And yes, I also thought the Lalafell might be the empress (sultan) of Uldah.

Cid needs to cut those farrah fawcett locks. It feels wrong to bitch right now but if that's the final Roegaydn Female model I'm honestly kinda disapointed. They really only achieved a passing resemblance to the art they showed for her where as the Gridania npc seems fairly accurate.

Definitely a Roegadyn, the Eyes, nose, and hair are all very similar, the rest is different though.

The Lalafell is one of the nobles (not Syndicate) of Ul'dah that Raubhan Aldynn respects unlike his fellow Syndicate members. (Is there no model for Raubhan himself?)

The Hyur is Elder Seedseer, Kan-E-Senna. Gridania's version of the Star Sybil.

The Roegadyn is Limsa Lominsa's Chief Admiral, Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn.

His name is Ronan Kognan and he's just at the river, though nearby like 3 other vendors, so it could be a new vendor just for Dark Matter.
