Youtube loading videos insanely slow...

So my ISP is comcast and over the past month, Youtube has been loading vids hidef or standard def, insanely slow, like, I cannot just click play to play any vid while loading anymore. It always is annoying, and I wonder if there's anything that I can do to resolve it. I ran tests on my ISP and i'm on 25Mbps down and 3Mbps up, I don't run any torrents or anything while trying to browse youtube. I restarted the router, NAT settings are correct, pretty much everything is running how it's supposed to. I'm on Chrome running NoFlash but NoFlash has youtube allowed. No viruses on the PC either running microsoft security essentials. Anything else I can do that would help?

Also please save all the lolComcast jokes and all, don't wanna hear them.

Right click on a video and go to settings. Disable hardware acceleration.

Apparently there is a problem with Flash and some video card drivers and disabling HA seems to help. At least it helped on one of my laptops.

You'll see it going to 0 a lot? That's youtube stalling, not comcast blocking you.

You can try to change your current DNS server to Google's DNS servers.

Works, just only free for standard resolution videos.

Cuts video into sections, program streams from different sources the same video, puts them together and you get a faster loading draw.
