On topic of the sink hole, my ex girlfriend was driving downtown long time ago and the lady infront of her (old) was going real slow and her car just suddenly caved into the ground. It was like a massive 30x30 foot sink hole that took about 3-4months to fix. She came home talking about how she almost died (when the old lady was fine)

It was REALLY impressive though.
