I am a woman, and therefore I suck at video games.

I never got around to actually finishing the 100% on ffx-2 so was going through it from scratch and LIKE THE DUMBFUCK I AM, I think I screwed it up.

I am only about 18~% in but when I did the escort mission at the moonflow, I messed it up the first time (let a guy get away with a box). When I reloaded it, like a moron I did pause + square to skip the dialogue without even thinking about it, then remembered later on and was like "mother FUCKER" 'cause I can't go back to that point.

However, I'm confused 'cause I got to a part that should have put me at 15.0%, and I did, in fact, have 15%. Shouldn't it have technically put me at 14.9% (or 14% according to the game?). I mean it's only 18% to go back and do but meh. Shouldn't I be safe if I got that 15.0%? Or does it calculate cutscenes at a later point in the store?


Basically, <- lazy and don't want to restart if I don't have to.

There was one part in FFX-2 where I was like WHISTLE FOR TIDUS AND HE'LL COME and she didn't whistle that was really the straw that broke the camel's back for me I tried to like it but it was just such a bad game.

It's been a while since I played it, but I think if it's showing you have the % you should be fine, but I would go back rather than get to the end and have 99%.

Hard to say, I'm not really too very knowledgeable when it comes to how the game displays the percentages, all I can say is to continue and if the percentages continue to line up throughout the game then it looks like you've got nothing to worry about. The game has NG+ if you're at all interested in those sorts of things so you can run it back with stronger characters and correct any mistakes you may have made.
