I couldn't find a sidequest list update for 1.18, so I decided to make my own if it might help others. Here are the ones I've located so far. If there are others not yet listed, please reply and I will update.

Btw. Main plot quests give retarded sp for completion now. 46k sp for the last one. Went from 46-halfway through 48 just doing those on my alt.

On a related note, is there any wiki or database out there that is actually up to date? I noticed every single place I went to months ago has not updated to 1.18.
