I love how they nuked every thread with legit complaints on the official boards. Doesn't give me much hope for change (or actually no change in this situation lol)

edit: don't care about the transfer just want an automated way to pay without hassle (clickcrap not an option)

Question: at the step 7 of the step-by-step transfer walktrough they give 2 payment choice. Clickandbuy or Crysta.
I choosed clickandbuy before read this post. Am i screwed ??( i did'nt subcribed it clickandbuy and i don't wan't/can't/won't use this payment method )

Got emails through this morning confirming my crysta's been debited to pay for next month's charges - at least they're sending reminders for it I guess. Still pissed at it tho.

I don't see a withdrawal from click n buy this morning. Just the credit card verify charges.

I must be really blind, but today I wanted to attempt to pay my balance via the Crysta I have stored up (2000 Crysta). However, I see no option whatsoever that lets you use that Crysta to pay for your charges.

iirc the change doesn't take effect until next months billing period.

That's why they're giving you a "reward" for doing it by august 31st. To get everyone set up for when they charge you on September 1st.

I doubt it.

[edit] though your best bet is to call lolcustomer service on that one. Probably a slim chance, but I don't think there's a way for you to do it on the wesbsite, but they may be able to do it over the phone.

I wouldn't hold my breath though lol.

Yeah, my CC hasn't been billed for my mule's account, but my main's account was deactivated because of insufficient Crysta. I re-loaded it and reactivated him without issue, but it means I'd actually have saved a few cents if I hadn't switched over until August.

Havent really read through the entire thread. So the deadline is August 31 to transfer over. What happens if you dont transfer by then? Just cant play ff11 until you transfer over?

Wait so I already paid for August last month or they are giving me a free month?
