Only got the option for click & buy so I went with it. FFXI used to cost me $15 month now its $22. Yay for now being charges in Euro >.>

I was charged the exact amount from click and buy (somehow I didn't have to verify the account through the bank charge thing)

Just got double billed for the account that was wrongfully cancelled in July >.> First time ever that double billing thing happened to me, and it's the last billing period ever through POL >.> Went back and checked our bank statement, and the July charge for that account was still there, and now a double charge for August...

Still can't log into SE account either, maint 2 hours overdue to be finished...

I was doubled charged on 2 accounts, but it was accounts that were deactivated the previous month through their billing snafu. They had refunded the money for those 2 previously so making up the difference now. Putting off this change over until the last minute hoping they give us a direct bill option like the jp players have.

bottom left hand side bar click on services, then click on FFXI. There should be an option for Cancel Services and Options. It's under the options. At lease if my memory serves me correct, I did it just like 45 minutes ago >_>

I have 2 accounts linked to one SEID. Both have overdue fee's owed on them since I didn't cancel and hadn't put money on my CC to pay for the game. I'm trying to pay my fee's now but don't see where the option is on the SE Account page. I go to Services, Select FFXI, have the option to transfer ID's but when I try on either of them it says that it cannot be transferred. There is no other option on the page except to sign up for another POL account or add a expansion. Anyone else have this problem and fix it or am I missing something?

What do you get when you log in to Playonline? There may be a message that provides a link which will open a browser window straight to payment options on Square Enix accounts.

So... I've transferred my POL account to the SE account, paid and reactivated the characters. POL keeps telling me I have no content IDs and I obviously can't reactivate from POL anymore... not that I need to do it anyway because my characters are listed as "Continous" now. Wtf?

POL gave me some, "You have content IDs not attached to any handle" message after I did what you described, but logging out and back changed it to, "You have content IDs not attached to any handle, want to attach them to your current handle? Y/N"
