Well that's certainly fucked up. SE really think they can Jew an extra few $million a year from EUs with the slow rate they add their content at? Not gonna go down well.

Anyone got a link to the page where it shows phone contact info? Sat in their online chat twice (lost connection after a 15min wait first time) for a good hour, and then when my turn in the queue comes it says no reps are available. The fuck SE?
this is not frustrating, this is very very bad and it's not annoying me, it's seriously pissing me off.
well the process went like this
1. account blocked due to CC refused
2. paid the unpaid fees through new square enix system + did transfer
3. reactivated characters
4. bought crysta to pay for the next month - billed twice here, one for july that I alrady paid at the beginning of july and one now for august but nvm
5. jump in to play - NO characters on the Account hence no play tonight.
fine let's speak with support
1. first try to chat- the chat is closed when I am first in line without an agent to reply
2. as above, after 20 mins
3. as above after 30 mins
4. agent reply after 30 mins. my connection goes down. lost the chat and the agent
5 try to chat again
this time, wonder, the actual agent reply.
I explain my problem - that I paid but I am unable to play - and the agent says that this is a known problem and there is no solution so far
i try to write that I would like then to have my money back until a solution is found
BUT
the agent just shut the chat on my face while I am typing
-.-
this is seriously seriously annoying. something that should have been a simple joke is now seriously annoying.
did someone have the same problem? was it somehow magically solved?
I would like to understand but SE chat is not a customer service thing, it's a joke -.-
does anybody have a number? I want to call and speak with someone now, badly XD
I would gladly complain on the forums but not having an active character I can't write there -,-
amazing
Amazingly, I just found that phone number using FFXI's built-in help desk, after 30min of being unable to find it on the POL/FFXI sites. What the fuck?
is there a way of checking if a number is toll free? If their chat support wait times are a sign of anything, I'd rather not get my phone bill racked up waiting on them to stop putting me on hold.
Same problem here. SE just sent me an e-mail saying that there was a processing error with my payment and the characters have been cancelled so I simply need to reactivate them.
Bad news? They're trying to charge me 100 crysta per character and 1500 crysta extra. Too bad they already took my previous crysta so I don't have enough <_<
I'll contact tomorrow but I already know they'll tell me that I had unpaid fees. Too bad that's not really possible as I have been paying every month for years.
Isn't there a way to activate/deactivate content ID's from Square-Enix accounts now?
Neither of those numbers are toll free.

Check this out...I tried to verify my CC with click and buy, so they charged me two amounts on my credit card. You verify by entering in those amounts in the click and buy verify screen. So I check my bank account, enter in the amounts, and it says the amounts are incorrect. LOL
Did ultimate pay and crysta instead. Lost 3 dollars to Click and Buy.
Can you use seperate cards for different POL ID's on the same SE account? Seems like when you update billing info it does it for everything associated with the SE account. Also has anyone found a way to see what the POL info on an account is. I put some BS address and phone # that I cant remember (I use to be able to just go look), now SE is asking to verify the account and I do not know it

Did click and buy, paid fees, cant reactivate my character.
This PlayOnline ID cannot be transferred.
Please contact the Square Enix Support Center for further details.
I get this trying to link the account, which they decided to cancel instead of charging. Is it because the account is suspended?
Edit: Was the suspension, had to pay it first through the POL link then transfer.
Can anyone from England confirm the amount of Crysta 30 days play is? Also seems they have taken down online support chat, it's not an option on the site anymore for me :S And there is now no way to redeem codes you have bought, they dun goofed so bad
Pasted a bit of it from my "you've been billed" email (snipped off the mules)
Option: Cesaria@Quetzalcoatl
Service Fee: 70 Crysta
-------------------------------------------------------
Basic Service: 829 Crysta
Paying 1039 crysta for 1 char + 2 mules on one account and 1179 for 1 char and 4 mules I think it is on the other account (UK account)
Thanks, now to find a way to register the code I have without phoning them
I got charged this morning and everything was perfect for me. The whole process from transfer to being charged has been ridiculously fast and simple. Huge improvement from what I had to deal with before.
That said, it doesn't make the problems everyone else is having any better. I would hate to lose cool people like misty because of this. Hopefully payment options get handled soon.
I just figured I'd add a comment from the other side since my experience has been vastly different.
I went through the reactivation process to pay the overdue fees and Im getting this error.

Anyone else got this before or knows what to do? ive tried reactivating for like 10 times and still getting the same error.
I like how their own database doesnt even contain any explanations to their own error codes.
