Suporn has consistency, each one is slightly different, but he has the ability to create all the requisite parts with each patient. All of his vaginas look the same, and I like the way they look. Penile inversion is dicey, it's usually a 2 step procedure (meaning, you go, heal, then go back to finish months later) and varies depending on what you have ("donor material" lol). The result is really limited, IMO, because the way the donor material is used is different, and imo, with penile inversion, is inefficient in all ways except healing. I think Brassard does penile inversion nicely, but I prefer Suporn's SRS (download the presentation, look for "Chonburi flap" and see how he puts a little extra in there just to make sure you orgasm.)

I mean, I'm not sitting here dictating the future of my vagina, but I trust Suporn to give me the ladybits I want. I'm rambling!

Outfit of the Day in my Real life picture thread? I just did. (I wish that top was also available in a dress, omg.) This is actually from a few days ago, I look like crap now because I just had electrolysis for 2 hours yesterday, and 2 more when I wake up. That's heat/chemical burns, via needle, to each hair on my face. More painful this month than the last, I nearly started crying yesterday (but you don't want them to stop or reduce the intensity, it will cost you in the end to have more sessions/time.)


So, because I like to overshare (especially after staying up too long!):

I'm having the surgery in Thailand and am leaving for a month in February. This is happening! I made the bank transfer and paid in full already (ask me how much I was freaking out when that was happening, and while waiting for the money to be received.) I bought plane tickets. Freaked out. I've received a lot of information, and have given my preference for hotel accommodations, they take care of the rest. Whatever comes next, we'll see. They do things one step at a time, but I have my letters of approval for surgery from my medical provider and my therapist, and those were already approved (before I paid.) I was having daily freak out sessions for a while, but thankfully I was home (I burned my hand pretty bad while cooking, and had to take off work for the rest of the month.)
