Eh, my self-esteem has always been rather abysmal too. Not so bad now, but certainly growing up. But compliments from any source can still be uplifting, doesn't mean it's insincere.

Oxycotin 10 mgs 3times a day, Oxycodone 5 mgs every four hours, 37 microgram fentynal patch change every 2 days. None of it helps because my body sucks.
