I also do not take many pictures, in fact this is my only one in a little over a year. At sand dunes in Yuma, Arizona was up all night at desert party so tired as hell in this pic.

myself after 12 miles at the track...dropped 24 pounds since the end of march, and about 7 since august 1st. still got more work to do
