Bison isn't that bad for Gief. He's actually much easier than people like Sagat, Seth, and Akuma. I'd actually say it's 5-5.

Poor Gief lol. Bison is probably Gief's second worst match-up after Chun. Solid pokes from Big Marcus and knowing when to go in.

Big Marcus is looking solid. He isn't dropping combos or anything. Props to the big guy for some nice spacing.

Gief's LP SPD is amazing at grabbing Bison out of his pokes so he can't just throw them out recklessly. In Super and Vanilla the match was considered 6-4 Gief, but with the change to light scissors kick I think it's even now.

it used to be but not anymore

all gief has to do is 1 RH to change the pace of the distancing and possibly the match lol. its a buffer for almost anything he feels like doing. his spd range is ludacris, and his pokes are good too. especially his standing strong

see, i understand what you're saying. but be more open minded. a 3 old character would mean that if yun was around for 3 years, there would be even MORE anti yun technology, as if there wasnt enough as it is. for fucks sake, there is an infinite for him for some characters, just like there's one for chun-li on fei long. yun would be even more exposed and even easier to deal with as if he wasnt already now. he's solid, and strong. probably the strongest in the cast, but he's no yun from 3s or chun li. this game is still a LOT more balanced than alot of others will give credit for. this isnt O sagat from Turbo. or even vanilla sagat. he's fair man lol. if you cant deal with yun. its not the characters's fault, its yours. every character has an answer fo his gimmicks

claw was only cheap if you caught you once with that wall move lol, and sim being the best is debatable. o sagat was softbanned for a reason over in japan and sim and claw weren't. what does that tell you? you gotta be more open minded lol. the result PROBABLY will be a yun in 1st place, but that doesnt mean yun is magically the king of the SF world. you have to work hard to win with him, just like most other people.

Yun can't wake up reversal Makoto, and he can't dive kick her for free. One corner combo from Makoto also wins the match. It's feast or famine for both sides which would make it 5-5 imo.

O.sagat haven't been softbanned in JP for over a decade, that's the prime and probably only reason people that aren't really dedicated to ST can cite when talking about O.sagat being broken/overpowered. He can be counter picked easily by a character with little to no bad match ups.

I don't even know why people are jumping up and down seeing a tournament harden player (infiltration) tear some random Yun play a new asshole. We'll see what happens during the semi finals and finals.
