I can confirm that the bonus from Behest is about 5% of your TNL. At 42, with 78k tnl I was consistently getting 3900 bonus SP from Treespeak Behest. 5-star R40 leves with GA were giving in the 6300-7500 range for end of leve bonus; it varied from leve to leve. Without they were in the 4000-5000 range. Links didn't seem to make any appreciable difference to the SP bonus at the end, though we had at most 3 people on the same leve (leve starter and 2 links). When set to 5 stars with 3 party members, mobs were giving in the low to mid 100s without GA, and the high 100s-low 200s with. I'll write down some more concrete numbers on Wednesday when we run leves next, I didn't notice this thread till after we had finished for the night. However, I have noticed as well that there seems to be caps based on your rank/tnl, as doing the same leve a rank higher seems to yield more SP, even if you're already above the recommended rank.

If it makes any difference, all leves were acquired before 1.18a. Honestly, I didn't expect to rank up in the middle of that experiment, but it was a pleasant surprise.
Thanks for the post Goodr, but try to include speed of completion where possible. It makes the biggest difference from what I've been noticing.
Sure thing. They all got the 'speedy completion' bonus message, but I'll be sure to note the actual time during the next round.
Only thing I've noticed about the speedy completions is that if you do it fast enough, you'll get an extra message for bonus faction credits. But I'm pretty sure it also effects the SP boost, just not the message.

And before anyone asks, time is /echo'd
You actually earn a bonus faction credit. Compare the credits awarded to the credits offered when you start the leve.
I'm making note of time remaining on the leve by the last second that I can see before it times out. I recommend a margin of error of a couple seconds in addition.

finish in about 6min or a bit more.
So is it even worth it to raise the difficulty or just plow through them on 1 star?
Yep it definitely is worth it to raise the difficulty depending on the leves(I hate any mongrel ones lol). Most grid ones I've done (treespeak / 9ives) give 74xx at the end with GA. None of them usually takes more than 5 minutes to complete and iirc none of the mobs are pass r52.
Super-duper worth it.
R45 THM, "Preventing the Plague" @ Halatali:
1-star, speedy completion: 4763 SP bonus
2-star, speedy completion: 5326 SP bonus
Mun Tuy, Duo, 3 leves @R38:
My Fey Lady, 4 stars, Completion under 2 minutes: 4560SP
Orbs for the Ceremony, 5 stars, Completion under 4 minutes: 4845SP
Necrologos, Ever-reaching claw, 5 stars, *1 link*, Completion under 5 minutes: 4560SP
Cant really explain why the Necrologos gave the same amount as My Fey Lady. Stars were higher, mobs were higher, and a link. Possibly completion time, but it was still pretty quick and got the full 'speedy' message.
[edit] Also got 4481 from the Mun Tuy Behest, TNL is 65,000. So more than the previously quoted 5%... probably the bonus from inactive behest sites they mentioned in the notes.
I don't think all leves are created equal even though the ranks may suggest it. I think they bumped up the base bonus on some that they felt could be more difficult whether it was because the drop rates of items, distance of mobs, type of mobs, run-away targets/additional pops, etc.
For example, I have got significantly more bonus skill when completing "defense" style leves. (the ones where you defend a location for 5 minutes)
Seems like a pretty drastic difference, but I know that all of the R40 leves in Thanalan have either 4260 or 4700somethingish base SP at 1 star with GA.
Yeah theyre likely different bases on a per-leve basis. But I'm also thinking that linking may not do anything for anybody except the person who linked.
I'm not seeing a difference with linking besides not having to do the leve twice.
