So I usually just go to get this done but I was thinking about trying it out once for myself to see how much mess/hassle it is. I'm sure more woman than men would have a response for this but...what brand of wax do you use for hair removal on your unmentionables? How much of a hassle is it?

I know the shit is going to hurt, this isn't my first rodeo etc. Just curious as to how long it usually takes from start to finish with the whole process and how hard it is getting the wax where you want it.

Oh I will :D. I've always had it professionally done but I figured I would try doing it myself to see if I can save some time on driving an hour to get it done lol.

I would guess it would take about 1.5 times as long as the professional takes? here's my advice though, my grandma (may her memory be a blessing) always said, never scrimp on food, education, or things that touch your skin. is it worth hurting your no-no zone? if so, go for it and godspeed, please do it on vent so we can all have a giggle if it goes horribly awry

I have never waxed at home, or waxed at all for that matter.. However, have you ever looked into sugaring? Sugar/honey mixture. Apparently it's better for your skin and doesn't hurt as much. just don't forget to pull with your hairs, to avoid in-grown hairs Good luck to you.
