Dubstep is just a specific time signature and sometimes particular instrument(al)s.

Never noticed it but I wanna Salvador is wearing a Dead Kennedy's pin? lol
OH god dad rock
A woman singing like a woman is better than a man trying to sing like a woman. There, I said it and I would say it again if I had to.
Not that I care for the song in the first place, but nor do I give a shit about Zeppelin whatsoever.
Regardless, 98% wubwub is more appropriate for non-serious shooter trailers by far.
both trailers were awesome stfu

AHAHAHAHAHAH!
On a more serious note, I wonder how close you can cut the activations. If you attack before the stealth timer expires, you don't deal quite as much damage but the cooldown on entering stealth again is reduced.
Because in BL, my main trouble in sniping was one good shot, then the whole local group comes after you and it was a rush to get running target snipes before switching to a full auto gun or shotgun for close work. And my attempts at snipe/phase aggro break/snipe on Lilith never really worked too well.
Sounds pretty interesting, though I think I'm going Axton again.
Lilith was awesome because I could run down the middle of everything, do what damage I could with one of those OP x4 SMGs or something, phasewalk and regain all of my health/shields(had some setup of shield mod + skills that regained my shit after a kill or something - or increased shield regen? idk, it was badass though) and un-phase behind/infront of someone and pretty much shove the barrel of the x4 smg into their heads for a kill in like a second. I was pretty much unkillable and ran around doing whatever da fuck I wanted.
She was probably the best character, I think. Maybe brick with his last stand type stuff and/or near(?) 100% health regain from killing something in his H2H mode. Never tried it though because H2Hing in a game with such cool fps gameplay was a turn off.
I'm still waiting to see everyones skill tree before I decide but I'm going to stay away from zero if I can help it; he's too cliche for me lol
I WILL BE USELESS WITHOUT MAH BIRD
Absolute favorite (but unfortunately one I doubt I'll touch again in BL1 at least), was gunslinger hunter. Machine pistols and revolvers, benefiting from gunslinger skills, and all under the Pistol proficiency. A long-scoped Jacobs revolver for sniping long-range, a machine pistol for close-range pseudo-SMG, and a masher for up-close shotgun action. Mostly gunslinger tree, putting points after into the deliciousness of the shield-ignoring skill. Mmm.

I think i'll be disappointed if there isn't a bass cannon in this game.
Hopefully there will be incentive to be purely melee, as a lack of melee weapons w/ stats will make it a bit harder to gauge your combat effectiveness in some ways.
The interview kind of made it sound like they were aiming for that to be an option, but idk. Be Like Water makes it sound like Zer0 can be a pretty interesting character at close range, I'm interested to see what the full range of his options ends up being.
Yeah, the be like water thing is interesting in combination with his stealth for distance closing.
All they need to do is have melee be a quick action and have it comfortably out damage a powerful gun when comparing the two like SwordDMG/timeittakestomelee: GunDMG/timeittakestomelee. But I'd also add in a significant "reload" time to using sword again that counts down even while not meleeing so that you can't go sword -> sword -> sword -> sword for optimal DPS close range. It'd look like sword -> gun -> sword -> gun
In fact, it'd be pretty smexy if sword damage was calculated by gun stats.
