I have a headset, but anyones game I join doesnt seem to have one, and talking through messages on psn sucks, takes a good 20seconds just to get to read/type a message with it loading up every damn time.

Makes trading or looking out for each others gear alot easier, + I like to focus on sidequests and missions where my current co-op partner likes to explore/find chests, so it pisses him off when I try to zone and hes mid gun fight. With no mic I don't know if hes near done or what.

Yeah, I don't think a lot of people have headsets on PSN. I have one, and I've been stressing the people I play with to grab pairs of them, just because communication can be fairly vital in-game, and I don't like having to ask "jump once for yes and twice for no" whenever I need a question answered.

Well, I don't allow a whole lot of randoms into my games, so I guess I've just been unlucky with people having headsets then. Or you've been incredibly lucky, one of the two.

only real game i co-oped on was ME3 multi-player and 90% of the people with mics or headsets had to be squeaky voiced 13 year old's "trying" to be all cool on a video game, lasts about 5 seconds til they get mowed down

suppose if i know I'm going to play with BG users I'd grab one tomorrow, i'll be on from 10:30am EST so 1 English man and 3 yanks might be a good day after all lol

I have a headset but just the last few games i've joined with people using headsets don't care about their background noise. I've been hearing crying babies, arguments, and other various crap. So while I keep mine plugged in, i'm rarely actually on it just cause people are dumb and would rather let me hear their life instead of talking about the game.

i play in a dome of nerdy goodness so unless someone kicks my door off should be no back ground noise

I'm pretty much the same... when i'm on the PS3 (It's on the main TV) only background noise that might be heard is my wife or my dog. But I know how to mute my mic when need be. I wish I could play tomorrow @ 10:30am EST but i'll be at work... crying cause I should be playin BL2

Yeah, we've farmed up like, 200+ eridium from them. Maxed backpack, near maxed bank, near maxed shotgun, and green-blue on every other ammo type.

Oh god, the Bonerfarts got me. Was doing the quest, not really thinking anything of their names changing. Then all of a sudden "Bonerfart Slinger." I had to pause the game.

The Bonerfart quest was great, especially when the names changed. Hammerlock's demeanor about the whole thing, with each progressive turned down name though, really had me rolling.

Ashamed to admit it but I love how the game can be hard sometimes

Skipping side quests really make it a lot harder since levels mean so much for damage and resistance.

I'm liking axton so far. Turret is actually very useful - Roland was my first character to 50 but I hated him after playing lilith to 50 lol. His turret is ass compared to this one. Recently got the phalanx shield on mine, what are people's thoughts on it? I'm on the fence about speccing in that tree now... in 1v1 my brother's salv is able to break the shield with a shotgun blast - which reminds me, holy fuck are torgue shotguns GOOD AS FUcK. I had a level 6 one last me until 16 where I got another one. Explosive mods on guns are soooo good. I can't stop running into people's faces and one shotting them. Literally have been playing to die and second wind right back up because I'm next to an enemy when I die lol. ARs have been really disappointing though >.> and snipers feel way better than they did in B1

Think my next playthrough is going to be double maya with my brother and we're going to spec into double res and be pmuch indestructible. And in retrospect, looking at the damage I'm dealing/taking I don't think maya's 6% life steal is enough for invincibility lol
