Is it possible to overlevel easily in this game akin to an RPG? Like, if you're a completionist whore and decide to do every quest as you receive them, will it make the story quests too easy? This is all directed towards playing solo, my connection is pretty weaksauce, but I recently picked up Bioshock and worked up an appetite for good fps.

Are any of you BG people playing together on Xbox that have room for one more? I'm playing Axton. I'm currently level 24.

I dunno how you all feel about me just randomly adding you all so Give me a reply if you want to start fresh at lvl 1 or are near lvl 24 or so.

Been playing with some friends, but we usually have room for one more most of the time.

Looks like the next patch will fix the "Do No Harm" quest.

Alright, I have a fix ready for QA and if all goes well it will be included in a future update. This fix will prevent the bug from happening and for those already hit by this issue it will automatically make the quest ready to turn in.

In the meantime,
- To avoid this issue be sure the Tannis cut scene plays *before* you talk her.
- To workaround this issue join another player's game and complete this quest with them.

Not really, no. Things start giving little to no EXP just a couple levels above them, so it's really tough to end up grinding out a ton of levels ahead of schedule. I suppose you could probably find a way if you were really, really trying to outlevel everything, but doing everything isn't likely to leave you way way ahead of where you should be in terms of levels.

Awesome, the game sounds solid from everything I've heard so far, loving the art style, and all the footage looks great. I didn't really have the means to play the first one when it released, but heard about it alot thanks to Ice T's twitter feed lol I'm pretty much sold on picking this up, thanks for the info!

Bit of helpful info. You'll run into Goliaths when you get to the Firehawk mission. Shoot off their mask and let them kill all the other guys and they'll actually level up badass ranks upon killing other guys. So it'll be like raging goliath to start, then after a kill they'll level to badass raging goliath, and then super badass goliath and so on and so forth. They're not significantly harder or anything, but if they managed to get a hit off, they will probably one shot you. However, with high risks comes high rewards! The higher the badass rank, the higher % of getting a purple weapon (maybe legendary, too).

This works really well in the Tundra Express zones with all the baby varkids. There's 1-2 Loot Goon Goliaths too. Once they get to Fatal God-liath tier, they're also super slow.

if you skip the side quests it gets legitimately tough (dying with no chance of second wind) and there's obviously symmetry here where if you do them all it's very manageable (whenever you die you know you can second wind ezpz). I believe if you do all of the quests you'll be on the level of trash mobs or perhaps one level ahead of some but be on same level of the tougher mobs.

I simply skip the quests that give reward I probably wont want. Green weapon or low level chit? gtfo. I think I'm in a good place facerolling wise where if I'm not always conscious of positioning it's possible I die and am unable to get a second wind because shit is too far away or it's possible they can hide behind cover (the AI is pretty fucking good sometimes lol, u want second wind? oh, I'll just run away then kthxbye)

did you get her loot? (can't remember if its a purple or a yellow) is it bad I've been using Axton with a Sniper? so far I've found no worth while shotguns assault rifles or SMG's found a few pistols but i keep picking up really kick ass Snipers

I was the same except only shotguns. Now I've got an awesome SMG, awesome pistol, awesome AR, and awesome shotgun.

I guess it's just RNG and there are good guns in every type so you might have "dry spells" certain levels where you've only gotten a good sniper or somechit and so you think snipers are the best.

Man, I did have one sniper that I've now outleveled that was burst fire while zoomed with very high damage and a fire mod. God damn was that good vs bandits/animals
