Finished the game today at level 35, played entirely solo, need to finish up achievements, game is so amazing, loved every minute of it, Handsome Jack is easily my favorite villain now.

Buddy and I beat the first playthrough last night.

We were a duo of Brick/Mordecai on our first Borderlands run, spiritual successors as Zer0/Salvadore. Seeing Brick and Mord helping us through the final level made me feel all warm and fuzzy.
And then they crashed and we were both D:
This game needs to stop with the sad haha, after Bloodwing/Angel/Roland I just couldn't stand to lose another character.

We will be doing True Vault Hunter Mode this weekend. We're both 32 atm, should we grind a little more? Not sure what level we should be at.

You should be fine. I think things start at level 33 or 34'ish, but the first few quests give a shit-ton of xp, so it'll bump you up pretty quickly

Pretty random ass times to be dropping those codes for the 5 keys. Fairly confident that 90% of all players are not able to get on the game at 9:30 in the morning. Different story if the codes were redeemable on PSN/XBL since you can access your account online, but in-game only codes make it rough.

Also, on a different note: Roughly how many hours did it take you all to finish the game (finishing all quests)? I'm pretty early in the game (just did the first couple of quests in Sanctuary) and I'm hoping I'm not even 10% into the game.

I don't know. For some reason they don't show you your playtime in game or through your save files, at least on the ps3 or its hidden reeeeally well. I'd say first playthrough was about 35 hours+ though.

Level 50 here. I would suggest you guys kill the last boss a few times to get some upgrades. Should make it a bit easier. TVHM gets pretty hard pretty quick and you'll find yourself farming gear to get through. I had to farm gear to finsh the game on TVHM because it gets pretty hard.

For the codes, I just have Twitter set up to notify me via text when he posts. Woke me up this morning, 5 keys. Then took a nap.

As for True Vault Hunter Mode. Can definitely feel the jump from the first Play through. The first being that more enemies have shields and having something to take that off instantly helps a lot. Also notice a lot more resists to other elements this time around. Buddy and I have been playing co-op and enemies are huge sponges with just 2 of us. Our set up is for me to Slag enemies then unload on them with our SMGs. Works well but can still be hard.

Been farming Scorch today for the Hellfire. It's a nice little area because you get a Goliath right before hand and if he's lucky, he won't die right away and you can level him up to God-liath. From there just drag him to Scorch and let the two big boys beat on each other. There's also a chest a little past Scorch's area. So with those 3 things, makes for a nice early on farming area.
