The Death from Above thing drops you 5 stacks of anarchy which is pretty significant.. is the damage on it srs business? Also, can you use it at 0 stacks for full effect?

So my girlfriend just got me the game and I owned myself buying the season pass thinking the Mechro came along with it. I have other things I wanted to purchase on XBL but the season pass thing really is counter intuitive. If I pay 30 dollars up front which is literally half of retail, you'd think all of the DLC available would come along with it...

no offense to you but it clearly states what is included, which is 4 ten dollar expansions. I think it even makes a note that Mechro is separate, though I may be mistaken.

5 stacks is nothing lol, 5 kills gets em back, i dont have that skill so i cant tell you how damaging it is tho

Well I assumed that the season pass was just a way to dump all your money and buy all DLC available without having to worry about separate packs.I think Gearbox is a cool company and I don't think they are deliberately trying to confuse people, but the least they could do is lump Mechro in with season pass holders who didn't preorder. They're literally asking for a $100 investment from new customers who want to support the whole game through. It just seems like a lot.

Amazon and Bestbuy have been offering credit with different promo's and comboed it with DLC and the premire club. I know you said your lady friend bought it for you, but just a small tip. I got mine at Best Buy, came with a $20 cert and the premire club. Flipped some games from gamestop and ended up paying $37 for my copy, got a $20 cert and can price match it down within 60 days.

Officially, I am 99% sure, they said she's 18, presumably for ESRB reasons, since having playable minors killing people is probably frowned upon, idk.

So...never truly had that OCD feeling or what I imagine it felt like to not perform some ritual. But I just tried the Anarchy build, and by the end of the wildlife mission I was fucking stressed as hell. Jittering I wanted to hit that fucking reload button. I know it sounds strange but man I am so used to hitting reload, seeing 9/10 bullets was bothering me to sweats.

Sounds perfect matched with Tediores! I've only played her a little, got myself an infinity at 10 and I can't use Smaller/Lighter/Faster at all because even a 1% reduction in magazine size drops infinity to 0 bullets. Which is kind of amusing. Put some points into close enough, though, and I just hold down the button and run around dodging bad guys.

The first Borderlands 2 downloadable expansion, Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty, is landing next week on October 16. Associated Press reports the DLC is set in a new area which features the bandit-occupied slums of Oasis. Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford described the area as a dried-up landscape "more like Tatooine than an ocean." The Sand Skiff vehicle Pitchford discussed last month also features in the expansion, along with a new currency called "seraph crystals."

Captain Scarlett is the first of four downloadable expansions Gearbox is releasing for Borderlands 2, each priced at $9.99. The Borderlands 2 Season Pass makes all four pieces of DLC accessible when they release for $29.99. We've reached out to Gearbox for more information on the upcoming DLC.

No, and the only reason I know is because I got the game for free with my 660ti purchase and it wasn't considered a preorder so I didn't get it for free, and I had to dig to find out if the season pass was going to contain mechromancer. I found the info on some FAQ on the Borderlands 2 page, afaik it wasn't on the steam season pass store page.

The material for retailers for the season pass stated what came with it, if you had a local gamestop or best buy could have checked there. Was up on gamestops website too within hours of them announcing a season pass.

I checked online, they don't explicitly say that Mechro isn't included in the Season Pass. The fact that someone would have to go to a third party retailer like Best Buy or Gamestop to understand the differences is silly. It should say so at the DLC screen.

This is the exact reason why DLC always leaves a bad taste in people's mouths. I don't mind giving Gearbox my money, but they could be a little more clear about it. Mechro could have been free or part of the Season Pass. No need to make a bullshit "premier club" on top of a "season pass holder" club.
