iTunes Store Crashing Computer

Title says it all. I'm currently experiencing this problem at the moment where if I try to access the iTunes store it will restart the PC I'm on as if I chose to restart it. It's running on the current software (10.4). Anyone have this problem/experience before? I quick google came up with similar problems of it crashing iTunes, but this is the whole comptuer.

Any ideas?

Weird. 10.4 is goofy. Tried re installing itunes/apple components altogether?

I haven't. It's happening with the computers in our tech center at work. I called the IT guys, but they didn't seem to understand what I meant and kept saying that they needed to have it installed by them since the computers wipe any updates/downloads when they reboot, so I'm not entirely sure when they update everything it's going to fix the problem.
