70K+ heals that add a 10K stacking absorb shield. And I could change some talents for +15% healing. Just tested word of glory, that crit for 47K and has a chance to not consume holy power so you can use it multiple times in a row. And 20K holy shock crits with a chance to be able to use it twice in a row and a chance to reduce divine light to a .8 second cast. So we're looking at regularly occurring situations like: WoG WoG holy shock holy shock .8s divine light WoG WoG for 300K~ healing with most of it being instant cast and the one cast being under a second.

Or if you pop aura mastery or divine shield or you get a chance to free cast due to good positioning or interrupts being on cooldown you're pumping out 40K HPS divine lights
