Been meaning to post this for weeks but rarely had the time; a while back I decided to try and farm/go for the win in Temenos - Eastern Tower on Blu/Nin. I enter, everything is going extremely well, manage to survive earth elemental floor thinking it was gonna suck big time, I look up the next floor and sure enough, thunder elementals that can't be stunned, so I go "np, i'll just dream flower interrupt them when casting thundaga III!" I kill the first one, start fighting the second one, only for it to double attack (maybe triple attack, not 100% sure), proc additional effect: stun, start casting thundaga III, hits me hard and leaves me with 250ish hp, stun wears only for it to proc again on another hit, stun wears 2nd time, only for a 3rd proc, 4th proc, then dead, with it at 11%, (proc rate on the other elementals were near none existant too).

Then another related fail/extreme lucky win in that same run was after I healed up and got a free item chest (from the same thunder elemental that killed me nonetheless), I dream flower sleep the 2 nearest water elementals and start zerging the first one so I could get a TE and manage to pull the win. After fighting it a while, I notice my log said the other one awoke, I dream flowered it only to realize that I only "thought" it was in my log, only for the second one to wake up immediately after and start casting at exactly the same time as the one i'm fighting, flood and waterga III, so I quickly used quadratic continuum and delta thrust to finish off the one i'm fighting right when i'm suddenly at low hp, so me, thinking that the one I killed didn't get off his nuke and that the add succeeded in casting waterga III on me, decide to start casting utsusemi only to wind up dead. I'm going "WTF" only to see the log say that it casted flood on me, it turned out the one I killed got off waterga III on me. Also I forgot to pull them away, so after I died, it started camping my dead body, so I just sat there going "well.... I failed." Seeing that I had rr up and there was already a TE near me, I decide just for the heck to get up and try to pop it and depop the elemental before it killed me and sure enough, I pulled it off and won the zone.

Did you have any evasion oriented gear? I like to have evasion gear for that zone in situations like that and also make sure to set magic barrier. You would also be better off subbing RDM.

I did use some evasion gear, I also used magic barrier and it still fucked me up lol, i just need to make sure next time I actually hit my -mdt set instead of trying to spam dream flower when it's midcasting; here's the set i used (it's way way way far from perfect)

Scorpion Harness, Ethereal Earring, Magus Charuqs, Derobade Mittens, Torero Torque, Sveltesse Gouriz, Boxer's Mantle

I'll make sure to use /rdm next time, tyvm for the tip.
