Ashvrei's an SGM, if that means anything any more. So, if nothing else, you got someone a bit higher up on the totem pole who's significantly less likely to be incompetent. Rather, he's significantly more likely to actually be able to take whatever actions he wants. I do feel bad for a lot of the older GMs. They get locked into SE red tape really quickly if you don't essentially give them timestamped logs to put in their reports.

i'm fairly sure that, once you manage to get an sgm on the line, calling the gm's liars, claiming you're reporting se to the bbb and then following that act by claiming you're cutting yourself is pretty much the penultimate way to take advantage of the opportunity, ensuring you will be taken seriously enough to see results
