If you have 2 good pullers, spec's in range are also very solid and usually open. When i set up a party I make sure to have 2 pullers and we generally just ignore the pages in favor of sheer kill speed. They go down fast with no aoe tp moves.

I've been doing these too lately. It's pretty solid if a Blu will burn them. pull 10+ at a time and kill 5, page, 5, pull. Rinse/repeat.

I've never understood why buffalos and dolls are so popular. Both have annoying TP moves (for an average abyssea alliance) and Buffalo are spread out all the way across that enormous hill.

Because the dom op is right next to it...Dom Ops are kinda useless 90+ anyways, since they always seem to give at most 2k xp. Atleast for dolls, the time you spend running away you lose out on xp while others are killing shit.

Dolls and bluffalo are fun, but they are slower than their worm counterparts. I think this is because one, worms don't need people to continuously renew fresh pages for and two, there are more worms in a smaller coordinate range. With dolls and bluffalo we have to run around to find them, but with worms, there are usually quite a few chilling next to each other.

It could also be the level, defense and evasion of dolls and bluffalo in comparison to worms.

For some reason the Japanese are obsessed with crows over worms. Crows hit hard, link, and are overall much slower exp/hr. Maybe they like them because they know Americans won't touch that camp.

Because if I freshly hit 75 and have a primary combat skill in the low-200s (which is a reasonable thing to assume these days even if you'd soloed outside abyssea the whole way to 75), I am going to hit dolls and buffaloes for 0, if at all. I can hit and do damage to worms, however.

If I am hitting for 0 damage, I'm not getting skillups. If your skills aren't capped (or even close to capped), 300k an hour in a group where you can't get skillups is nowhere near as desirable as 200k an hour in a group where you can, because at 200k an hour you're going to cap XP much sooner than you'll cap skills anyway, so

I think what he means is that even with 200 skill you can hit Heroes mobs with gear, cruor buffs, atma, and level correction on your side.

RR/Stout Arm/Cloak and Dagger (to maximize accuracy/attack) with 3/3 stat abyssite is a frequent miss and a 0-damage hit at 75 and low-200s skill, in my experience. Crits do damage, so it's actually conceivably better to go RR/GH/C&D but


1) who the fuck cares because how much of an impact would one expect a 75 DD to make anyway, and

2) why the fuck should I personally care when no matter how many skillups I can get on dolls/buffalos at 75, I could get that many more on worms, anyway? Why would I choose to get to 95 with a primary combat skill in the 280s when I could get to 92-93 with a skill in the 320s in the same time?

just now i was out farming for a seasoning stone and at the 55th or so opo-opo god i don't know i closed my eyes and pushed my dancing edge macro really hard and it dropped!
